Recipe: Oat and Raisin Cookies

these cookies make for a great sweet treat or on- the- go breakfast. They are packed with nourishing ingredients to keep you feeling full of oaty energy! cinamon adds a lovely warm flavour, but also has secret super powers. it helps control blood sugar levels by lowering the bodies’ resistance to insulin. so effectively, making it easier for insulin hormone to take glucose from the blood and use it for energy. i add chia and flax seeds to these for extra fibre and protein, but both are optional. they’re delicious spread with nut butter- I like ‘Whole Earth smooth peanut’.
